Role Purpose
Responsible for the Speciality carbon black ( Plastic /Ink/Paint/ Conductive Black)Quality Assurance and its activities, meeting the objectives of volume, quality, efficiency, safety, minimum cost, environmental and housekeeping, in accordance with the company rules and internal procedure, instructions and objectives concerning his area of responsibility complying and enforcing and assuring the compliance of the objectives of his team members

| Responsible for all Speciality Carbon black | To ensure quality control activities, equipment operation and availability, optimum cost and SHE within the Speciality carbon black division | Customer satisfaction, profitability, and staff welfare are maintained in line with budget goals. Performance is tracked via sample approvals, new business wins, on-spec production rates, process efficiency, and audit scores. |
| Responsible to provide on-time and accurate in-process and finish product quality testing and results | Testing of all incoming raw materials (feedstock, additives, etc.), giving the clearance for use in case of being within the specifications or rejecting if any critical parameters | No off specs situation |
| Prepares and issues finish product quality certificates for the customers | To ensure reports are in accordance with company procedures and customers’ requirements, analyzes all customer complaints, identifies the root cause and taking actions or bringing to management proposals for correction. | Zero complaints and reoccurrence of the complaint. |
| Calibration and inventory control | To ensure lab equipment and references remain standard-compliant, R&R activities and cross-checks are conducted as needed. Additionally, stock and inventory of specialty carbon black lab materials and QC chemicals are closely managed. | proper volume and quality available at all time |
| Maintenance of data and maintenance activities | Maintains up-to-date records of equipment specs, performance, testing standards, and maintenance schedules—coordinating with Engineering to ensure preventive care and spare part readiness. | Speciality carbon black labortory manuals and Equipment Operating procedures and Instructions |

Experience
