Role Purpose

To provide CB technical resolutions and product application supports including of packaging and product stewardship related information to customers at tire and non-tire industries across globe.

Achieving customer centricity and Brand building by providing all the necessary support to customers at tire and non-tire industries across globe alongside provide technical ‘solutions to our Partners’.

Key Result Areas

OBJECTIVE (AREA HOW (METHODS OF ACHIEVEMENT) MEASUREMENT (END RESULT)
Approval of new grades and customers for Tire and non-tire business segment. Coordination with marketing, R&D and manufacturing for new grade approval from new / existing customers. Increase customer base
Customer Engagements

Getting date of appointment from Customer. Meeting with customers for technical discussion & resolution of issue if any

Review and implementation of the carbon black specifications as shared by the rubber black customers

100% adherence to schedule & plan
Customer Satisfaction

Preparation of Customer Specific Requirement matrix based on Supplier Quality

Manual of Rubber Grades Customers.

Timely updating and implementation of CSR across organization.
Brand Building Product stewardship on global platform alongside implementation of necessary action related to product safety. Evaluation CSR initiatives on global platforms and providing necessary support on product safety related information.
Initiatives for Improvements Coordination of new projects as assigned by Planning and/or Marketing based on market requirements Coordination with relevant dept. for modification of existing grades based on market needs

External: Customers, Suppliers, External laboratories. Across the customer/Supplier segments. To provide resolutions on customer complaints. To develop new packaging based on market/customer requirements.

 

Experience

Basic level of education (Diploma/Graduate/B.Tech/BE/ME) Degree : B.Tech/ M.Sc Stream: Chemical Engineering/ Polymer Technology
Post Graduate qualification Degree : PGD-IRI, Stream: Rubber Technology
Certifications Certification in QMS.
Experience (No. Of Years) 4 years (Min)
Functional skills · Basic knowledge on Rubber Technology. 
· In-depth analytical skill of process requirement for CB and product application. 
· Application of problem solving quality tools and basic statistical methods to identify and resolve the issues raised by customers. 
· Basic knowledge on QMS.
