Role Purpose
- Ensure PCBL products and operations comply with national and international chemical, environmental, and product safety regulations (e.g., REACH, CLP/GHS, OSHA, BIS, EPA, local PCB/Factories rules)
- Act as the primary interface between PCBL and regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and industry associations
- Support business growth by enabling timely product registrations, arrange necessary testing for compliance and market access while managing regulatory risk

| Monitor and interpret chemical safety, environmental and transport regulations (REACH, CLP/GHS, TSCA, RoHS, ADR/IMDG, etc.) for all relevant markets and communicate impact to stakeholders. | Regular interaction with OR and related partners to support documentation | Timely pre-registration & registration of all International REACH regulations. |
| Maintain product regulatory profiles including SDS, labels, safety classifications, exposure scenarios, and declarations (REACH, SVHC, RoHS, food-contact, etc.) in line with latest regulations. |
Engage with external lab to arrange compliance related testing |

| Prepare, compile, and submit regulatory dossiers and documentation for product registrations, notifications, licenses, and permits to authorities and certification bodies within agreed timelines. | Coordinate with R&D, QA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to embed regulatory requirements into product design, raw material selection, production processes, and customer documentation. |
