Role Purpose
Driving talent acquisition as a process as per SOP, maintaining an internal communication platform and ensure brand building process. Responsible for carrying out the TA data operations and administrative arrangements in coordination with all stakeholders across all the PCBL units.
Ensure smooth day-to-day TA operations to achieve 100% stakeholder satisfaction. This would lead to a better brand image for PCBL.
Key Result Areas
Objective1:TA as a process
How1:Driving Talent Acquisition as a process and its execution across all locations and process adherence.
Maintaining updated agreements in line with PCBL policy all recruitment Consultant as per the Standard clause.
Driving Campus hiring plan
TA Process
Preparing MPR and JD after discussing with the hiring manager and HR team.
Maintenance of MPR File in both hard copy & soft copy & updating Overall & Ideal Structure accordingly. Share scanned copy of approved MPR to concerned locations for further process.
Identification of sourcing mix to ensure optimal hiring cost -through consultant/ referral /IJP /Online portal
Sourcing & Mapping profiles based on the approved JD, interview line up for shortlisted profiles.
VIAQ link to the candidates. In case of any deviation/technical issue, raise the same with the concerned & try to resolve the same at the earliest.
Availability of CV, VIAQ, IAF to the panel, one day prior to date of the interview
Arrangement of Logistics for Interview (Face to face or virtual) (Room Booking, IT Co-ordination).
Support to units for Final level interviews- HO Rounds
Maintaining Prospective employee documents for offer preparation (For HO) or Check documents before offer preparation (For PCBL Units)
After offer acceptance complete medical checkup and share BGV link for prospective employees
Checking hiring table and joining documents for all the plant level prospective employees
For HO, share joining information and initiate ID card and Visiting card making process.
Arranging accommodation and cab facility for out stationed new joiners along with relocations.
Sharing reporting intimation to the prospective employees one day prior to the joining. Ensure smooth joining in line with HR operations team for better employee experience.
Campus Drive
Shortlisting students and planning Campus Tests in line with college campus coordinator
Arranging preplacement talk, interview rounds (GD and PI) in line with the hiring panel.
Joining documentation and travel arrangements for prospective GETs

Consolidated file preparation of Sampark nominations, Expressions update
