Role Purpose

Manage and co-ordinate International Marketing process and operations and establish PCBL as a trusted player in the market.

Impact on the customer centricity and robust process of business by achieving on-time management of all internal processes within budget and aligning business operations to the vision and values of the company

Customer Centricity – Providing
information on planning, dispatch and status of shipments and shipping documents subsequently.
Feedback to customers within 36 working hours, Providing information on planning, dispatch and status of shipments and shipping documents subsequently. Informing customer in case of any changes in planning, dispatch, schedule. Also, informing about the availability of the desired material from a plant. Feedback from customers. continuous communication with the customers regarding all the aspects of the production, quality, dispatch and after sales process
Customer Centricity - Zero documentation error. Providing error free shipping documents on time to the customers to facilitate smooth and hassle-free release of cargo On time release of shipping documents for hassle free release of cargo at the destination port. Country wise different approach as the sailing time for different countries is different.
Building Capability -Robust back office Order Management and Order input in the SAP system on time for the production planning team to expedite the dispatch process Implementation of plan
Brand Building - Point of Contact for internal/external customers Joint development work with customers - Point of contact for all internal/external customers like 'Clearing and Handling Agent', 'Shipping Line', 'Agent', 'Distributor', 'Clearing and Forwarding Agent', 'Production Planning Dept, PCBL', 'International Logistics Dept, PCBL' Implementation of plan through proper communication with each internal/external customer across all locations
