Role Purpose
Enable profitable and sustainable growth by driving data-led pricing decisions. The role exists to build robust pricing analytics, value-based frameworks and governance, translate market and cost insights into actionable strategies, and partner with commercial teams to improve realization, contribution and overall pricing discipline across products, customers and geographies.

| Pricing Analytics & Insights | Build and maintain pricing models using internal cost, contribution, mix and segment data, combined with market prices, competitor benchmarks and indices. Use analytics to drive geo, product mix, discount and dynamic pricing optimization, and identify leakage and margin erosion. | Improvement in realization and contribution; reduction in leakages and outlier discounts. |
| Value-Based Pricing | Develop frameworks that quantify product performance, differentiation, service value and willingness to pay, and embed these into decision tools that shift behavior from discounting to contribution improvement. | Share of business under value-based pricing and contribution improvement vs baseline. |

Experience
| Basic level of education (Diploma/Graduate/B.Tech/BE/ME) |
Btech/B.E (any) Chemical or Mechanical preferred |

| Experience (No. Of Years) | Five to ten years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, financial modelling or strategy roles. |
| Functional skills |
Strong foundation in pricing strategy, competitive analysis and data-driven decision-making. Expertise in analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau, statistical modelling, price elasticity analysis and advanced Excel. Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, materials, B2B or industrial sectors preferred. Strong analytical and strategic thinking Ability to influence without authority High business acumen and commercial understanding Independence and objectivity Strong communication and storytelling with data High integrity and confidentiality Comfort working directly with senior leadership. |
