Role Description

Role Purpose

To carry out international logistics operations in a cost effective and customer centric manner while maintaining excellency of service as per PCBL values.   

Provides excellent service to customers in a cost-effective manner, thus increasing the credibility of PCBL in the international market.

1. Eliminate/Minimize the B/L amendment, Corrector Charges
2. Root Cause Analysis of each violation to be done and corrective actions to be taken
3. 3 quotations for each shipment before finalization of SL/FF
4. Arrange free time at POD as per customer’s requirement without increasing freight

1. 80% of the previous year
2. Prepare monthly MIS
3. Monthly MIS for tracking & comparison

1. Tracking of vessels and take action as and when required to ensure accurate transit time.

4. Timely preparation and circulation of shipping schedule after receipt of plan from production planning.

2. Within 3 working days from vessel sailing date
3. Payment of OCF on time as per the credit agreement
