Role Purpose

To carry out international logistics operations in a cost effective and customer centric manner while maintaining excellency of service as per PCBL values.   

 

Provides excellent service to customers in a cost-effective manner, thus increasing the credibility of PCBL in the international market.

1. Eliminate/Minimize the B/L amendment, Corrector Charges
2. Root Cause Analysis of each violation to be done and corrective actions to be taken
3. 3 quotations for each shipment before finalization of SL/FF
4. Arrange free time at POD as per customer’s requirement without increasing freight
Measurement
1. 80% of the previous year
2. Prepare monthly MIS
3. Monthly MIS for tracking & comparison
4. 90% compliance process
5. Check with available online portals
6. 80% of total request

1. Tracking of vessels and take action as and when required to ensure accurate transit time.
