Role Purpose
Assist in HR & Admin related Jobs, for successful HR Support to the Team.
It assists in creating an exciting workplace for our people by assisting HR and Admin related activities which is a core part of PCBL’s vision. It increases productivity which helps in the overall growth and credibility of the company.
Key Result Areas
Objective:Pre – Joining Formalities
How:Coordinate with IT and HR departments to promptly create email IDs, allocate desktops/laptops, generate business/access cards, and implement induction schedules while facilitating document verification and preparation of appointment letters and welcome notes for smooth employee onboarding.
Measurement:100% completion on time with zero error
Objective:HR Operations
HowEnsure monthly updates of the Head Office (HO) organizational structure, upload holiday calendars in SuccessFactors, assist in preparing audit data, perform regular checks for SAP and SuccessFactors data synchronization, monitor SuccessFactors data integrity, manage electronic document filing, and update employee bank records in SAP as needed.
Measurement:100% completion on time with zero error
Objective:Confirmation
How:Follow up regarding confirmation of Head Office & Unit Level employees and ensure on-time confirmation.
Run Confirmation Action in Success Factors & necessary letter issuance.

Objective:Transfer
How:Prepare Transfer Letter, Transfer Circular, review transfer action as required.
Measurement:100% completion on time with zero error
Objective:Separation
How:Execute Separation action of the employee after Resignation Approval.
Release Separation Letter.
Maintain & update retirement tracker on a weekly basis & intimate the same

Objective:Monthly Data Sharing
How:Provide monthly insurance data of new joiners and separated employees within the first week, manpower data to Legal Team by the 10th, and Salary Input File by the 15th, while sharing monthly dashboard data and new joiner CTC details with the Compensation Team

Objective:DC Test
How:Schedule appropriate time from the concerned stakeholders
share the reports with the concerned stakeholders.

Objective:Internship Letter Preparation
How:Prepare Internship Letters as & when required

Objective:HR Audit
How:Assist in documentation support as per requirement of Auditor. (Internal/External)

Objective:Assist in Monthly Salary Processing for Retainers & Consultants
How:Preparation of Vendor Codes for Retainers & Consultants
Preparation of Monthly Invoice for Retainers & Consultants and share the same with Accounts Team for Payment processing
