Role Purpose

To define, lead, and institutionalize the Manufacturing Excellence (ME) strategy at a corporate level by developing enterprise-wide standards, frameworks, governance mechanisms, and capability building programs. The role ensures consistent deployment of Manufacturing Excellence practices across all manufacturing sites, drives continuous improvement culture through Lean Six Sigma, TPM, and operational excellence methodologies, and enables sustainable improvements in productivity, cost, quality, and operational performance. The role holder acts as a change agent, influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority to deliver measurable business impact through data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving.
