Role Purpose

Salesforce Lead to drive the end-to-end Salesforce implementation initiative for PCBL Chemical with strong technical expertise in Salesforce, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver a successful CRM transformation & its adoption across the company & support.

Expert in Salesforce Platform (Technical Skills) Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Experience ,Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Salesforce APIs and Integration tools (REST/SOAP) with SAP and other tools Hands on experience demonstrated
Project Management

1. Proven ability to manage large-scale CRM implementation projects. 

2. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
