Role Purpose

Responsible for achieving sales targets through customer acquisition and retention, ensuring error-free back-office operations and timely collections, while maintaining strong customer relationships and satisfaction.

Back office operations Coordination with customers for order processing, scheduling, sending daily dispatch reports, sending invoices timely & all kind of other documentary works 100% Satisfaction
North Zone Back-office operations Generation of sales invoice & E-waybill for warehouse customers.
Shipment entry & parking for warehouse transporter.
All kinds of documentary works.
Achieving zero errors
Debtors Management Timely Payment Follow Up
Develop rapport with customer's purchase & accounts department

Retail customer Visits Regular contact with all customers beyond work
