Role Purpose

To drive sustainable business growth in the Chemical / Rubber segment through effective business development, management of key accounts, achievement of sales targets, timely collections, and strengthening long-term customer relationships in the assigned region.

Key Account Management & Customer Relationship Development

Manage key accounts & plan visits

Build relationships with decision‑makers

Track competitor pricing & products

Network via industry events

Grow share, retention & satisfaction

 
Timely Collections & Overdue Management

Follow up for timely payments

Monitor & reduce overdues

Ensure collections (RTGS/NEFT/cheque)

Maintain healthy cash flow

 
Cross-Functional Coordination & Customer Support

Coordinate planning, logistics, finance & quality teams

Resolve queries, complaints & audits

Improve customer experience & efficiency
