Role Purpose
Head & Ensure Instrumentation Maintenance activities are meeting the objectives of volume, quality, efficiency, safety, minimum cost, environmental and housekeeping, in accordance with the company rules and internal procedure, instructions, and objectives concerning his area of responsibility, leading the maintenance personnel, complying and enforcing and assuring the compliance of the objectives of his Team Members- Aid in Maximizing Plant Reliability
Key Result Areas
1.Object:
Implementation
Zero CB leakage at Site -
Achieve Maintenance conversion cost as per budget
CAPEX Implementation within budget and timeline.
1.How:
Leak Mapping and timely completion of identifying leaks.
Planning and execution of quality work in time. Avoid unnecessary work.
Execution of Capex activities as per scheduled timeline.
Aligning new joinee's and inputs for ensuring their readiness at the earliest.
1.Final Results:
Zero Complaints from Stake Holders.
100% Adherence to a defined road map for FY 20-21.
Maintaining Conversion cost as per budget.
100% Capex Implementation as per budget and timeline.
Zero Manhour loss and Zero NC.
2.Object:
Meets Engineering financial objectives
Adherence to annual budget; scheduling expenditures;
2.How:
Execute preventive maintenance rather than breakdown. All expenditures are to be controlled within the yearly budget.
Highlight & record Deviations to Cost/ Budget for maintenance department.
2.Final Results:
Minimum deviation from budget
Conversion ratios
3.Object:
Availability of CB Plant- 97% (7 days)
Adherence to maintenance schedule -PM, PDM for all equipment.
Project Implementation as per proposed plan
3.How:
Use of standard Checklist and inspection sheet while doing maintenance ( world-class maintenance ). Following standard maintenance procedure during execution.
Project execution as per timeline and within budget.
3.Final Results:
Breakdown/Shutdown as per budget. No failures of equipment/parts to be reduced.
100% as per plan
4.Object:
Maintaining Quality Management systems as per ISO9001/IATF requirements implementations
Documentation and reporting formats and ensuring team adherence to the same
4.How:
Communication, Implementation & training as per audit plan in coordination with other departments.
Checklist Updation and implementation of the new requirement of QMS
4.Final Results:
Zero NC
Audit Documentation & Compliance
Improvements as per Audit Concerns/ Recommendations
5.Object:
Implementation of 5S & Housekeeping
Safety Compliance
5.How:
Learning event and safety event sharing to safety dept ( 2 no's/week each section).
Adherence to 5S Culture development plan
5.Final Results:
100% 5S implementation of the plan by periodical audit and appearance.
100% learning event sharing.
