Role Purpose
To lead the Battery Materials R&D function for the Battery Materials business, driving development, validation and scale-up of advanced materials and technologies for EV and ESS applications. The role will lead multidisciplinary R&D teams, translate business and customer requirements into technology roadmaps, accelerate innovation through simulation, AI/deep-tech and material science, and enable successful technology transfer from laboratory/pilot scale to commercial operations at Palej.

Experience
15+ years of relevant experience in battery materials, advanced materials, R&D, product development or related technology development, including significant leadership experience.
