Role Purpose
Grow PCBL's business in new applications and/or existing/new customers with existing/new products and create partnership with target customers in providing solutions.
Increase of Specialty Black sales volume and contribution and establish PCBL as a preferred partner.

| New business development in India and International Market | To identify new business development opportunities in India and International Market to existing/new customers with existing & new products. Interaction with the customers to build the relationship and work closely to understand their requirements. |

| Product approvals to Plastic customers | To lead the approval of products to plastics customers, identify if additional performance test required to perform in Application lab. Working closely with PT, Manufacturing, QA and Sales team to facilitate the approval process |

| To resolve customer complaint within stipulated time | Customers visits (if required), to verify effectivity of root cause analysis & corrective action as suggested by Plant team and final communication to the customer in consultation with Sales team. | No. of customer complaint on account of quality Customer's feedback on resolution of complaint. |
| New product development | Work closely with Application Development team to advise them on emerging customers' need. Work closely with customer and Sales team for conducting necessary trials at customer’s place. Work closely with Application Dev team of PCBL to guide them to study relevant product performance |
