Role Purpose
Responsible for finished goods testing of packed carbon black material & related records and on time feedback to production / warehouse for necessary correction in the process, if needed.
Product segregation as per customer's specification

Min 95% equipment reliability based on a)R&R results for DBP, Iodine within acceptable limit b)Bias data for IPHT c)Std. CB test data should fall within the ASTM limit |
| Housekeeping of laboratory & disposition of leftover material as per EMS requirements |
