Role Purpose
Responsible for finished goods testing of packed carbon black material & related records and on time feedback to production / warehouse for necessary correction in the process, if needed.
Product segregation as per customer's specification
Key Result Areas

Finished goods testing of CB as per the schedule, customer's requirement & record the results.

Material testing as per dispatch plan & customer requirements

No testing related complaints

Testing reliability/accuracy

Performing Testing as per given unknown samples & mentioned parameter(s)
2.Final Results:
Reliability Score >= 95%
3.Object:
Zero customer complaints
3.How:
Testing as per Quality Plan (including CB special testings) & customer requirements & Testing accuracy
3.Final Results:
Zero customer complaint on quality (testing related)
4.Object:
All plant lab equipment maintenance: equipment reliability
4.How:
All machines cleaning and maintenance with the record (with record/data),
Std. CB testing for self-calibration for DBP, IPHT & Iodine No. (With record / data), normalizations etc..
MSA study
4.Final Results:
Min 95% equipment reliability based on
a)R&R results for DBP, Iodine within acceptable limit
b)Bias data for IPHT
c)Std. CB test data should fall within the ASTM limit
5.Object:
Housekeeping of laboratory & disposition of leftover material as per EMS requirements

5S Implementation as per work distribution sheet
Visual improvements

Audit Score > 70% (area wise)
