Role Purpose

The Application Lab Scientist is responsible for the evaluation, characterization, testing, and optimization of advanced lithium-ion battery materials, including advanced anodes, conductive additives, electrolytes, and binders. The role supports the transition of innovative material technologies from laboratory-scale research to commercial deployment through rigorous electrochemical testing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
