Role Purpose
The Battery Application Lab Associate supports battery research and development activities through material preparation, slurry formulation, battery testing support, analytical characterization, and laboratory operations. The role ensures accurate execution of experiments, proper documentation of test results, and adherence to safety standards while supporting scientists and engineers in developing advanced battery materials and technologies.

Material Preparation & Formulation
|
• Prepare and process advanced materials using mixers, mills, and furnaces.
• Weigh and mix active materials, binders, and solvents. • Maintain sample traceability through proper labeling and storage. |

Analytical Characterization
|
• Conduct viscosity, tap density, particle size, and moisture measurements.

• Record experimental parameters and test results.

Equipment Maintenance & Lab Operations
|
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot balances, cyclers, gloveboxes, and ovens.
• Monitor inventory of materials and laboratory consumables. |

Safety & Compliance
|
• Adhere to chemical, electrical, and hazardous material handling procedures.
• Support safe storage and disposal practices. |
